Lifetime Measurement System for Solar Cells

ISOSun

ISOS Lifetime Measurement System adopts the light source which comply with the IEC AAA class (within 100 x 100 mm), and the ABA class (300 mm x 300 mm). The system provides 300-1000 nm whole spectrum measurement range with high stable and high uniform light spot. Moreover, it can measure the lifetime and stability of photovoltaic devices and different materials for a long time, and can  be used directly as a solar simulator as wll. The system can run steadily for several months with high system performance.
