LED Photoluminescence Quantum Yield (PLQY) and EQE Measurement System

XPQY-EQE

       XPQY-EQE Photoluminescence Quantum Yield Measurement System, a compact design system, can measure the fluorescence quantum efficiency and external quantum efficiency of luminescent materials. When developing the new luminescent materials, improve the photoluminescence efficiency is the priority; therefore, researchers need precise and accurate technique for measureing quantum efficiency. The XPQY-EQE system consists of a stable excitation module, customized integrating sphere module, a high-performance spectrum measurement module, and professional system software which provide researchers a fast, accurate measurement solutions for liquid, thin films and powder samples.
